Plane Crashed Kills 1 Person Right In Front Of School Children Visitors To Museum

JAKARTA - A private plane crashed at the Imperial War Museum airport in front of visitors who were then school children.

A 50-year-old man who drove the General Aviation Circrus SR22 plane died at the scene at a museum located in the Duxford Airfield area, Cambridgeshire, England

"We are saddened to report the pilot, a man in his 50s from thetanshire area, did not survive the accident," said an Imperial War Museum spokesman, quoted from The Telegraph, Wednesday, March 27.

Witnesses claimed firefighters had CPR on the plane crash victim after falling on Tuesday, March 26 afternoon local time.

However, medics who also came to the scene said they had tried their best but the victim's life could not be helped.

"Our duka is focused on his family and friends at this very difficult time," the spokesperson said.
