Prabowo Attends The Invitation Of The Democratic Bukber, Picked Up By AHY And Warmly Welcomed By SBY

The presidential candidate who won the 2024 presidential election Prabowo Subianto attended the invitation to visit and break the fast together (bukber) held by the Democratic Party in Jakarta.

Prabowo, who arrived at 17.15 WIB, Wednesday, March 27, in St Regis, Kuningan, Jakarta, was picked up by the Chairman of the Democratic Party, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY).

Arriving in front of the event room, Prabowo was warmly welcomed by the Chairman of the Democratic Party High Council who is also the 6th President of the Republic of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY). Also accompanying the Chairman of the Democratic Faction at the Indonesian House of Representatives Edhie Baskoro Yudhoyono (Ibas).

SBY said Prabowo was elected as the 8th president of the Republic of Indonesia because the people had wanted Indonesia to be led by the defense minister.

"Why did Pak Prabowo win and be elected as our president, because the people really wanted him to lead us all," said SBY in his remarks, Wednesday, March 27.

SBY admitted that for the last 3-4 months, he had visited 85 regencies/cities. He also believes that Prabowo will become president of the Republic of Indonesia.

"I convey to Pak Prabowo, God willing, he will be elected as the next president not only for a survey but in the field in sub-districts, districts, cities, I listen to know directly that people's support is very strong," said SBY.
