This is as regulated in Article 31 paragraph (1) of KPU Regulation (PKPU) number 15 of 2023 concerning Election Campaign.

In addition, the defendant's activities were carried out by distributing money to each community amounting to Rp. 50,000 and then taking photos and taking videos together, while ordering witnesses and the public to mention 'appakabajiSapadap' (four good numbers, Sadap).

"This means that (number) four is good, Syarifuddin Daeng Punna (SDP) while raising his hand and showing the number four uses a finger. And that act is prohibited as stipulated in Article 280 paragraph (1) letter j of Law number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections," he explained.
