Changing The Name Of TKN, Prabowo Directly Appoints Rosan Roeslani As Head Of The National Solidarity Movement

JAKARTA - President-elect Prabowo Subianto changed the name of the National Campaign Team (TKN) to the National Solidarity Movement (GSN). Prabowo also directly appointed TKN Chairman Rosan Roeslani as chairman of GSN.

Prabowo said this while attending a gathering and breaking the fast with TKN Prabowo-Gibran at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Jakarta, Monday, March 25.

According to Prabowo, the National Solidarity Movement is a place for association for supporters of candidate pair number 2 who have now won the 2024 presidential election.

So that TKN does not disperse because the campaign period has been completed, Prabowo took the initiative to continue to revive TKN through the GSN association.

"I ask Mr. Rosan and all of you, TKN must end because the campaign has been completed, but I beg you not to disband this network," said Prabowo, Monday, March 25.

"I propose that this association be given the name of the National Solidarity Movement," he continued.

The reason, said Prabowo, was that one movement consisted of all ethnicities and religions and races of all regions. According to him, through this GSN a million people unite towards Indonesia gold. Prabowo then appointed Rosan as chairman of GSN.

"So, how do we block the chairman of the TKN as chairman of the National Solidarity Movement? How do you agree? Do you need a vote or not? Later there will be NGOs who say they are not democratic," Prabowo joked.
