There Appears 'Om Kumis' Who Is Associated With The Governor Of South Sulawesi OTT Nurdin Abdullah

JAKARTA - The term Om Kumis is now a topic of conversation. Om Kumis is associated with the South Sulawesi Governor's (Sulsel) hand-catching operation (OTT).

The term Om Kumis is called social media activist Aoki Vera. Now on the social media timeline, 'mustache' comments appear in information posts on the South Sulawesi region.

Aoki Vera openly defended Nurdin Abdullah. He questioned the KPK OTT at Nurdin Abdullah's office on Saturday, 27 in the morning.

“The KPK, which was busy sleeping at noon suddenly jumped to South Sulawesi OTT with drama. Where the OTT is caught by a sleeping person, ”said Aoki Vera on his YouTube channel.

"Here it is automatic, if I have a smell (Vera Aoki demonstrates quotation marks by hand, red). As usual, Om Kumis's pets have started to move as usual to lead towards it, ”he continued without mentioning Om Kumis's identity.

Then Aoki Vera highlighted the number of KPK employees who were called 1,586 people with funds disbursed by the state reaching Rp1.3 trillion.

“There are a lot of zero. But what is the result of the KPK's work so far? ... How about it, suddenly take a nap again to South Sulawesi, which in front of the eyes of the DKI Provincial Government is not being poked, ”he said.

Aoki Vera again touched on Om Kumis when talking about the OTT Governor of South Sulawesi Nurdin Abdullah.

"Anyone who is starting to have difficulty driving with Om Kumis must have his story kicked out. Like like I have to open my mouth, the person who directed BTP is in prison, the director is Om Kumis. Now because the governor is a little bit strong, when there is a request to 'put this please, put this here, Mr Gub cannot confirm that. Like it or not, Pak Gub who was kicked out came out with an OTT drama where the person who was arrested was sleeping again, ”said Aoki Vera.

But despite Aoki Vera's attention on the KPK's performance, the KPK once emphasized that it had strong evidence from the South Sulawesi Governor Nurdin Abdullah's OTT. This evidence will usually be revealed brightly during the trial at the Jakarta Corruption Court.

"The suspect (Nurdin Abdullah) denied that (being involved in corruption) was a common thing and that was the right of the person concerned. We emphasize that the KPK has strong evidence according to the law regarding the alleged criminal act of corruption, "said Acting KPK spokesman Ali Fikri in his statement.

The KPK reminded the suspects and other parties who would later be examined in the investigation process to be cooperative in providing information.

"We hope that the suspects and other parties that we will summon and examine in this case will cooperate in explaining the real facts they know in front of investigators," said Ali.

South Sulawesi Governor Nurdin Abdullah is suspected of receiving a total of Rp5.4 billion in suspected corruption. The KPK said that Nurdin was also suspected of receiving money from other contractors, including at the end of 2020 amounting to Rp. 200 million, mid-February 2021 through his aide named Samsul Bahri who received Rp1 billion.

Then in early February 2021 Nurdin, through Samsul Bahri, received Rp. 2.2 billion.

In case construction, the KPK said that Agung Sucipto, as the Director of PT Agung Perdana Bulukumba (APB), has long known Nurdin with the desire to acquire several infrastructure work projects in South Sulawesi for the year 2021.
