"In the implementation, it turned out that there was a volume shortage related to the occurrence of state losses and investigators had obtained two pieces of evidence by EMS," said Andi.
Based on the calculation carried out by the BPKP, representatives of North Sumatra have received state financial losses based on Rp318,120,753.89.
