JAKARTA - The Indonesian KPU will complete the recapitulation of the vote count and announce the results of the 2024 election today, Wednesday, March 20. Based on the Election Law, the KPU requires the KPU to determine the results of the national election 35 days after voting. Ahead of the determination of the winner of the 2024 presidential election, the Prabowo-Gibran National Campaign Team (TKN) prays that all parties, especially the presidential and vice presidential pairs participating in the 2024 presidential election, can accept the KPU's decision. "Hopefully this KPU decision and decision can be accepted by all parties," said Deputy Chairperson of TKN Prabowo-Gibran, Afriansyah Noor to reporters, Wednesday, March 20. Even if there is a candidate camp that feels dissatisfied and does not accept the results decided by the KPU later, he said, can apply for constitutional rights by filing a lawsuit or election dispute to the Constitutional Court (MK). "For candidate pairs who do not accept or do not want (with the results of the KPU) yes please sue through the constitutional path to the constitutional court," said the Secretary General of the Crescent Star Party (PBB).

However, Afriansyah reminded, if the decision announced as the winner of the presidential election is pair number 2, Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka, the plaintiff can collect evidence before filing a lawsuit.
