Feeling Cheated, DKI DPRD Candidate From Golkar Reports To Bawaslu

JAKARTA - The Golkar Party DPRD candidate from the DKI Jakarta 9 electoral district, Prasta F Ganinduto, reported allegations of election fraud in his electoral district.

The candidate for the DKI Jakarta Provincial DPRD for electoral district number 9 number 1 from the Golkar Party reported to the DKI Jakarta Provincial Bawaslu to make a Report and or in the form of an Application for Completion of violations of election results which allegedly contained an election crime that could potentially carry out allegations of election crime in Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning Elections.

"We have obtained evidence of alleged election crimes inflating votes by several candidates from the DKI Jakarta Provincial DPRD and PPK for the 9th electoral districts of Cengkareng, Kalideres and Tambora sub-districts," said Prasta's attorney, Nibezaro Zebua at the DKI Jakarta Bawaslu office, Monday, March 18.

They brought evidence in the form of a DA result model form that did not match C Results at the District, City and Provincial Levels, and there was several other evidences that had the potential for election crimes in the form of vote inflated votes.

"We as attorneys representing the petitioners hope that the DKI Jakarta Provincial Bawaslu will grant a report in the form of a petitioner's request in its entirety so that legal action can be given as fairly as possible and the candidate for the DKI Jakarta Provincial DPRD as the Respondent from the 9th electoral district of the Golkar Party to be disqualified from the 2024 election participants in the 9th electoral district of the DKI Jakarta Provincial DPRD," he said.
