Polygraph Test Results, Child Killer Suspect Tamara Tyasmara Caught Lying

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya said there were two lies about Yudha Arfandi, the suspect in the case of the death of Tamara Tyasmara's son, Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo or Dante.

Yudha Arfandi's lie was revealed based on the results of a polygraph test or lies.

"The results have come out, there are two lies obtained based on the results of the examination by the graphist," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi to reporters, Monday, March 18.

Two lies from Yudha Arfandi regarding the experiment of accessing CCTV around the swimming pool or where Dante drowned.

Yudha's action accessing CCTV was revealed based on the results of the reconstruction. At that time, the suspect denied it.

"About the browsing cctv swimming pool. The results of the graph expert's attorney stated that the answer to the question raised by the expert showed that the subject examined or the suspect was lying or conceptionized," he said.

The second lie about Yudha denying committing violence against Tamara Tyasmara.

"The second thing found lying about questions related to physical violence against Tamara's sister. From the questions asked by experts, it shows that the suspect lied or was intercepted," he said.

Investigators will complete the case files. So, as soon as possible it can be transferred to the Prosecutor's Office.

"Then investigators are still completing the case files and are still coordinating with criminologists to wait for the results of the criminologist," said Ade.

In handling this case, investigators have carried out reconstructions in two locations, namely Polda Metro Jaya and Taman Pond Swimming Tirta, Pondok Kelapa, East Jakarta.

In the reconstruction, there were 115 scenes that were re-enacted. In which, 65 of them described when the suspect buried Dante's body in the water.

Yudha Arfandi drowned Dante 12 times at different times.

Yudha Arfandi was charged with Article 76C in conjunction with Article 80 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection and or Article 340 of the Criminal Code and or Article 338 of the Criminal Code and or Article 359 of the Criminal Code.
