6 Civil Servants Are Worked On By The KPK Regarding Allegations Of Corruption In Procurement Of Official Houses For Members Of The DPR RI

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) scheduled the summons of six civil servants (PNS) today, Wednesday, March 13. They will be questioned by investigators as witnesses to alleged corruption in the procurement of goods at the official residence of board members.

"The investigative team has scheduled summons and examinations of witnesses," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters in a written statement, Wednesday, March 13.

Ali detailed that the four witnesses from the Secretariat General of the Indonesian House of Representatives were Ahmat Sopiulloh, who was the Head of Subdivision of RJA Kalibata 2019-2021, Deden Rohendi, Dedik Wiegya Aryanto who had been a member of the Examination Committee for the Completeness of the RJA Kalibata DPR RI for the 2020 fiscal year, and Dina Khaiani, who was an infrastructure analysis.

Then there are also civil servants from the Ministry of Finance, namely Djamaluddin, who is the Head of Sub-Directorate for Budget for Religion and State High Institutions, Endang Komar, who is a civil servant and is the Head of the Management Subdivision of the Office of Leadership and RJA Ulujami DPR RI.

Finally, investigators also summoned a General Administration Pengadministrasi named Agus Suhendi. "(The examination, red) took place at the KPK's Red and White Building," said Ali.

The investigation material that will be examined by investigators has not been detailed. However, these seven witnesses are believed to know about the alleged corruption related to the procurement at the official residence of the DPR RI member.

Previously reported, the KPK revealed allegations of corruption at the Secretariat General of the Indonesian House of Representatives regarding the procurement of furniture or furniture at the official residence of lawmakers. There are allegations that the filling of the living room to the bedroom has been rigged.

Seven people have been prevented from leaving the country in this case. From the information gathered, they are the Secretary General of the DPR RI Indra Iskandar; Head of the Rumjab Management Section of the DPR RI Hiphi HiMATI; President Director of PT Daya Indah Dynamics, Tanti Nugroho; and Director of PT Dwitunggal Bangun Persada, Juanda Hasurungan Sidabutar.

Then it was also prevented by the Director of Operations of PT Avantgarde Production, Kibun Roni; Project Manager of PT Integra Indocabinet, Andrias Catur Prasetya; and Edwin Budiman who are private.

The modes that occur in this case are violations of several provisions related to the procurement of goods and services. In addition, there was a budget inflation or mark-up.
