JAKARTA - National Police Chief General Pol. Listyo Sigit Prabowo congratulated Nyepi Day to all Hindus in Indonesia.

"The Saka New Year 1946 is a sacred momentum to purify oneself as well as spiritual reform," said the National Police Chief.

"We, the big family of the Indonesian National Police, wish you a Happy Nyepi Day 2024, Saka New Year 1946," said Sigit, quoted via the Instagram Reels account @listyosigitprabowo in Jakarta, Monday, March 11.

The post, which was liked by his 992 followers on Monday afternoon, also included animation showing the community's atmosphere at the celebration of Nyepi Day in Bali.
