JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) confirmed that it was investigating the alleged corruption of PT Taspen. It is suspected that there was a fictitious investment involving other companies that caused state losses.
"The state losses from the procurement reached hundreds of rupiah and the real value calculation process is being carried out," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Friday, March 8.
Ali said that this alleged corruption occurred in the 2019 fiscal year. "Currently, the process of collecting evidence is being carried out," he said.
The KPK has not disclosed who the suspect is in this case. Ali said that this process would be carried out after the evidence was sufficient and forced detention was made.
