JAKARTA - Secretary General of the Gerindra Party Ahmad Muzani responded to mutual accusations related to allegations of vote inflation and fraud in the 2024 General Election. The mutual accusations stemmed from the alleged surge in the votes of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI), which later spread to the Gelora Party and the United Development Party (PPP) as well as other political parties (political parties). "So that the nature and level of controlling abuse are sufficient in accordance with the Election Law," he said. Muzani then explained that the tiered mechanism in question is to maximize the duties and functions of the KPU and Bawaslu spread across each level, from the sub-district to the center. "Every alleged violation that is below, Bawaslu should have been found at all levels," he explained.

Thus, said Muzani, any reports of alleged fraud can be structured. If it is criminal, it can be reported to Gakkumdu, while those who are administrative through Bawaslu. "If the violation is committed, election organizers, both KPU and Bawaslu can be reported to the DKPP," he concluded.
