Examined By Polda Metro Tomorrow, The Chancellor Of Pancasila University Will Submit Evidence Of Rebuttal

The Chancellor of the University of Pancasila is inactive, Edie Toet Hendratno alias ETH will submit evidence to investigators to refute the sexual harassment in the case that made him the reported person.

The evidence will be submitted in conjunction with the examination at Polda Metro Jaya, Tuesday, March 5.

"Certainly (submitting evidence). Later we will convey (the evidence in question)," said Edie Toet Hendratno's attorney, Faizal Hafied to VOI, Monday, March 4.

Although he did not want to clearly convey it, Faizal said that the evidence that would be submitted was to refute all reports directed at his client.

In addition, Edie Toet Hendratno is also said to be fulfilling the investigations that have been scheduled by investigators. Because, his client will always cooperate in undergoing the legal process.

The examination process later is an opportunity for him to provide information regarding the alleged sexual harassment.

"He has good faith in explaining and clarifying so that his reputation can be restored," said Faizal.

Meanwhile, the examination of Edie Toet Hendratno alias ETH is a follow-up to the reporting carried out by the reporter with the initials DF.

The Chancellor of the University of Pancasila is known to be reported by two parties, namely DF and RZ.

For RZ reporting, investigators have examined Edie Toet Hendratno on February 29.

In both reports, Edie Toet Hendratno is suspected of violating Article 6 of Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence (TPKS).
