The Cartenz Peace Task Force has again arrested one member of an armed criminal group or KKB. The arrests were made in the Kago Village area, Ilaga District, Puncak Regency, Central Papua Province.

The arrest began when there was information about the whereabouts of Jukius Tabuni in Kago village, Saturday, March 2. Thus, the Cartenz Damai Ops Task Force team immediately headed to the location in question.
Arriving at the location, Jukius Tabuni turned out to be riding a motorcycle. So, members are waiting for the target to stop.
"The arrest was when Jukius Tabuni was riding a motorcycle and stopped in front of the Kiosk Serba Cheap," he said.
In addition, the Head of the Public Relations Task Force for the Damai Cartenz Ops, AKBP Bayu Suseno said Jukius Tabuni had several criminal records. One of them was involved in the robbery of firearms.
"Jukius Tabuni was involved in the robbery of firearms from members of the KP3 Air Police Post at the Puncak Police on February 1, 2024," he said.
Currently, Jukius Tabuni has been secured at the Damai Cartenz Ops Command Post in the Puncak area. An intensive inspection is still being carried out today.
