JAKARTA - A spokesman for the AMIN national team, Refly Harun admitted that he no longer trusted the Constitutional Court (MK) to resolve the election dispute. However, Refly said that his party would continue to bring the issue of alleged fraud in the 2024 General Election to the Constitutional Court because there was no other choice. This was conveyed by Refly Harun when delivering an oration in front of the DPR building, Senayan, Jakarta, Friday, March 1. It is known that hundreds of masses held an action demanding the implementation of the right of inquiry in the DPR to investigate allegations of fraud in the 2024 presidential election and the impeachment of President Joko Widodo. "After this, I will hold a meeting to formulate, determine our struggle in the Constitutional Court. Believe it or not with the Constitutional Court? I also do not believe it," said Refly Harun. "The issue is that members of the parliament who are against Paslon 02 will use their constitutional rights. "That is the struggle of the street parliament. We continue on the 1, 5th, 9th to our constitutional aspirations are successful, God willing. There is a struggle behind us. We can support political parties, especially those who are anti-cheappropriate to issue the DPR rights. Support the right of angket?," he said. "That is the struggle of parliament. Refly also believes that the movement of the people will pass the right to inquiry and tap the conscience of the Constitutional Court judge to decide on this election dispute fairly. According to him, the Constitutional Court judges should no longer be afraid of being intervened by the palace because the people are with their institutions.

"The Constitutional Court will succeed if there is a street parliament, and the judges of the Constitutional Court to return to their conscience. Don't be afraid because of the palace's intervention. You must speak with conscience. God willing, SWT will win us," he concluded.
