The Inactive Chancellor Of Pancasila University Ensures That Today's Examination Attends

JAKARTA - Edie Toet Hendratno (ETH), the inactive rector of Pancasila University (UP), who is suspected of sexually harassing his employees RZ (42) and DD, is confirmed to attend today's examination Thursday, February 28.

This assurance was conveyed by Edie's attorney, Raden Nanda Setiawan. "God willing, tomorrow you will be present," he said when confirmed Wednesday, February 28.

The initial examination is a rescheduling carried out by Polda Metro Jaya investigators against Edie.

Raden added that Edie would arrive at Polda Metro Jaya at around 10:00 WIB. "(Inspection) at 10.00 WIB," he said.

Previously, the Chancellor of the University of Pancasila, Edie Toet Hendratno (ETH), reported his employees RZ (42) and DD on suspicion of sexual harassment.

RZ reported to Polda Metro Jaya. The report is registered with the number LP/B/193/I/2024/SPKT/Polda Metro Jaya dated January 12, 2024.

ETH was reported under Article 6 of Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence (TPKS).

Meanwhile, DD reported the incident to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police. However, currently the case has been officially transferred to Polda Metro Jaya.
