Nine Powerboat Lake Toba F1 Teams Start Busy With Engine Utak-atik

A total of nine teams that will compete in the Lake Toba 2024 F1 are starting to be busy fiddling with the engine of the super fast motorboat in the paddock located at the Port of Mulia Raja Napitupulu, Balige, Toba Regency, North Sumatra.

You can see that the crew from the team who will compete have started to focus on checking the condition of the engine from the water jet parked inside the paddock.

A number of technicians from the Sharjah (Union of the Arab Emirates) team were busy fiddling with the racing engine in the tail of the burning red motorboat.

The Abu Dhabi team from the same country as Sharjah is also seen focusing on the front or the powerboat steering which is dominantly red, and white, and green.

In addition to focusing on fiddling with machines, a number of other technicians such as those from the China CTIC Team (France) also checked the condition of the sticker on the outside of the racing boat.

Likewise, technicians from TeamBinnh Dinh-Vietnam (Sweden) are cleaning up the outside body of the racing boat which is said to be equivalent to the Formula 1 (F1) land jet.

As of Wednesday evening, all the team technicians were seen busy pacing around to set the vehicle ahead of the free practice, on Saturday (2/3) at 07.00-08.30 WIB.

Based on information from PT Aviasi Wisata Indonesia (Persero) or InJourney, there are nine confirmed teams participating in the race at Lake Toba, namely Team Binh Dinh-Vietnam (Sweden), Victory Team (Union of the Arab Emirates), Team Abu Dhabi (Union of the Arab Emirates).

Then, China CTIC Team (France), F1 Atlantic Team (Portugal), Red Devil-SMC F1 Team (Finland), Sharjah (Union of the Arab Emirates), Stromoy Racing (Norway), and Maverick Racing (France).

In Indonesia, PT Aviasi Wisata Indonesia (Persero) or InJourney is the main organizer of the race which is equivalent to the land jet race or Formula 1 (F1).

On March 2-3, Indonesia for the second time hosted the Lake Toba series super fast motorboat race or F1H2O (F1 Powerboat).
