Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Hadi Tjahjanto summoned TNI and Polri officials to discuss preparations for securing the month of Ramadan and Eid Al-Fitr 2024.

"TNI, Polri have been summoned, then we have coordinated. For these Lebaran activities there is no disturbance, everything is safe," Hadi said when met at the Indonesian Church Fellowship Office (PGI) in Salemba, Central Jakarta, quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, February 28.

Hadi explained that TNI and Polri personnel will not only carry out guarding during the month of Ramadan, but also until the Eid homecoming period.

In addition to coordinating with the TNI and Polri, the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs has also established communication with several religious leaders.

This is done so that religious leaders can help the TNI and Polri in building safe and peaceful conditions during the holy month of Ramadan from March to April.

Although the focus is on security during Ramadan, Hadi Tjahjanto also ensures that the election process from disputes to other dynamics runs safely and smoothly.
