JAKARTA - The parents of Brigadier Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier J filed a civil lawsuit worth Rp7.5 billion related to acts against the law (PMH). "So if we calculate the next 30 years, he still has the right to get his rights. Incidentally, he did not get married, so the right is back to his parents," said Kamarudddin. In addition, there is also Brigadier J's money that has not been returned worth Rp200 million. According to Kamarudddin, his client's money was stored in one of the accounts. Meanwhile, the lawsuit was registered with number 167/Pdt.G/2024/PN JKT.SEL, there were 6 defendants, including the former Head of the Propam Polri Ferdy Sambo; Sambo's Wife, Putri Candrawathi; Richard Total Pudihang Lumiu alias Bharada E; Ricky Rizal Wibowo (Bripka RR); Strong Ma'ruf; and the Head of the Indonesian Police. In addition, the President of the Republic of Indonesia and the Minister of Finance became the defendants in the lawsuit.
