Police Arrest Armed Gangster Sharp Persecutor Of Jombang Residents

The Jombang Police Satreskrim arrested a group of youths calling themselves the Tamsis Boy gangster. They were arrested for beating and molesting Agung Amanulloh (25), a resident of Rejoso Hamlet, Ngumpul Village, Jogoroto District, Jombang Regency, East Java in the early hours of Sunday.

Of the 20 gangsters carrying sharp weapons, the police have named 6 suspects of assaulting victims.

Peterongan Police Chief AKP Dian Anang Nugroho revealed that the incident occurred when the victim ran into a gang of gangsters who were in a convoy riding a motorcycle. For no reason, suddenly the victim was thrown with bricks and abused.

"While the victim was looking for food on Jalan Raya KH Romli Tamim by riding a motorcycle alone, he ran into 20 gangsters who were in a convoy," said Eko Bagus, Tuesday, February 27.

The victim had fled and asked residents for help in the condition of lacerations in the jaw and face. After successfully rescuing himself, the victim then returned to his house and was then taken to the hospital and reported the incident to the Peterongan Police.

"Getting the victim's report, the police immediately moved to investigate. Until finally, they managed to reveal the identities of 6 gangsters who ganged up on Agung on Sunday at 23.00 WIB," he said.

Eko Bagus explained that the 6 perpetrators from Jombang, including BR (17), played a role in hitting the victim, RSP (17) played a role in destroying the victim's motorbike and RSB (17), throwing bricks at the victim twice and was found carrying sickles.

Then, RD (17), played a role in throwing and hitting the victim, AC (17) slashed the victim's bicycle with a sword, and YF (19) threw stones at the victim.

"Currently, the perpetrators have been secured at the Peterongan Police Headquarters. A number of evidences have also been secured. Such as 1 sickle, 1 sword, a black and white flag that reads Tamsis Boys, and the victim's clothes," he said.
