The Fastest Electric SUV Lotus Eletre R Enters Dubai Police Supercar Fleet: Special Tourism Patrol

JAKARTA - The supercar fleet of the Dubai police, United Arab Emirates (UAE) has increased again with the joining of Lotus Eletre R, an electric car intended for high-power tourism patrols.

The vehicle capable of producing 905 stances is recognized as the fastest double motorcycle electric SUV among multipurpose sports cars. This car is capable of traveling a distance of up to 600 kilometers.

Tourism Police Director Brigadier General Khalfan Al Jallaf said his troops were ready to increase security presence at major tourist sites including Burj Khalifa, JBR and Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, reported by The National News on February 5.

Brigadier General Al Jallaf said that those driving the vehicle will provide various services to the community, including increasing awareness of the role of the community played by the Dubai Police.

Citing the Dubai Government Media Office, Brigadier General Al Jallaf praised the strong collaboration with the Lotus company, emphasizing the Dubai Police's desire to improve security.

Meanwhile, Regional Marketing and Public Relations Manager Lotus Ramzi Al Atat said Lotus Eletre is an environmentally friendly and versatile car that will actively support the operations of the Dubai Police.

"We are pleased to partner with the Dubai Police, especially the General Criminal Investigation Department, the Tourism Police. Dubai Police are consistently seeking sustainable solutions by using technology for a better future, and Lotus vehicles are in line with this vision," he said.

The addition of Lotus Eletre R is the latest in the ranks of impressive vehicles added to the fleet.

In December, McLaren Artura's supercar joined an impressive patrol vehicle fleet, following Lamborghini's Performance.
