Polda Metro Communication With Sardjito Hospital Issued Siskaeee Health Letter

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya coordinates with Sardjito Hospital Yogyakarta regarding requests for medical records from Fransiska Candra Novita Sari alias Siskaeee.

The Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi called the coordination a follow-up to the Siskaeee legal team which attached a letter of the results of his client's health examination to investigators.

"Regarding the letter for a request from the legal advisor to suspect S, investigators have written to the Sardjito Provincial General Hospital in Yogyakarta to ask sister S for medical records," Ade told reporters, Friday, February 23.

However, until now, investigators have not received a reply letter from the hospital.

Apart from this, Ade emphasized that the process of handling pornographic cases that named Siskaeee as suspects was carried out according to the rules.

"The commitment itself remains to process the case professionally according to the SOP, procedurally, so that the incident becomes clear," said Ade.

For the development of the handling of the pornography case, Polda Metro Jaya has transferred case files of 12 suspects in the alleged porn film production house to the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati).

"For the case file with 12 suspects who are pornographic film talents, they have been transferred or stage one by investigators from the Cyber Sub-Directorate of the Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya to the Public Prosecutor's Office at the DKI Jakarta Prosecutor's Office," said Director of Special Criminal Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak.

The delegation of phase one was carried out on Wednesday, February 21. Currently, the case file is being investigated for completeness, both formal and material.

"Currently, investigators are waiting for the results of the case file research by the Public Prosecutor at the DKI Jakarta Prosecutor's Office," said Ade.

Meanwhile, the talents named as suspects are Siskaeee, Anisa Tasya Amelia alias Melly 3GP or ATA alias M; Virly Virginia or VV; Putri Lestari alias Jessica or PPL; NL alias Caca Novita or CN, Zaphira Sun or ZS; Arella Bellus or ALP alias AB; MS; and SNA.

Then, two other people, namely the male cast, namely Fatra Ardianata and Bima Prawira.

In this case, the talents were charged with Article 8 in conjunction with Article 34 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.
