Motorcyclist Dies After Being Attacked By A Sharp Armed Youth Gang In Duren Sawit

JAKARTA - A young man with the initials SSA (20) was killed by a gangster when he was about to buy fried rice at Klender Village Pier Street, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta. The incident occurred on Wednesday morning, February 21.

Duren Sawit Police Chief AKP Sutikno when confirmed at the Duren Sawit Police Headquarters, Wednesday, said the incident began when the victim was riding a motorcycle with his colleague around the scene.

When passing, the victim was grabbed by several motorbike riders and immediately received attacks from perpetrators who used sharp weapons.

"When the victim passed by riding with his friend and there was a group of teenagers who were busy riding motorbikes, the group immediately got off the motorbike and did not know the case immediately attacked the victim," he said.

The SSA victim suffered a wound to his leg and was immediately taken by residents to the Duren Sawit Health Center. Arriving at the Puskesmas, a resident of Sukabumi, West Java, it had breathed its last.

"The victim was hit by a sharp weapon and suffered a wound on the lower right leg and hit his vital pulse so that the victim ran out of blood," he said.

His party has also asked the Kramat Jati Police Hospital (RS) to carry out a "visum et repertum" on the victim's body.

Sutikno appealed to the public, especially parents, to always take care of their children not to leave the house at night.
