JAKARTA - A woman desperate to jump off the flyover on Jalan RE Martadinata, Ancol, North Jakarta, was then hit by a car passing on the road on Wednesday afternoon.

The driver of the car, Arifin (40) in Jakarta, Wednesday, said that before his body fell onto the road, the woman was hit by a passing car.

"I came from the airport to return to Pangeran Jayakarta, suddenly and I thought the bag had fallen from above, suddenly people," said Arifin, quoting Antara, Wednesday, February 21.

He said this incident occurred on Wednesday afternoon at around 15.50 WIB.

"I think what fell was a bag, it turned out to be a woman," he said.

He said the woman's body was hit by the front of the car she was driving. He immediately stopped because he was shocked and came out to see the woman's condition.

"I didn't go fast, the car crashed right in front of the car, the women fell, the condition didn't die but was bleeding," he said.

The woman is known to be wearing trousers and wearing a backpack.

He suffered bleeding in the head and broken legs and was immediately rushed to the Pademangan Hospital for medical treatment.
