JAKARTA - A 13-year-old girl in South Jakarta is suspected of being a victim of sexual abuse by unscrupulous school teachers in Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, Tuesday, January 30, 2024.
The case has been reported by the victim and registered with the number LP/B/394/11/2024/SPKT/POLRES METRO JAKSEL/POLDA METRO JAYA, dated February 7, 2024.
The teacher was reported to be related to Article 76 E in conjunction with Article 82 of Law No. 17 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection and or Article 6 Jo 15 b of Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 12 of 2002 concerning TPKS.
