MALUKU - The Ambon District Court (PN) sentenced the defendant Abdi Aprizal Seehan to four years in prison, aka Abdi Toisuta, in a case of persecution that resulted in the death of the victim Rafli Rahman Sie.

"Declaring that the defendant is not proven guilty of violating Article 354 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code as a primary indictment and punishing the defendant for four years in prison for violating Article 351 paragraph (3) of the Criminal Code as a subsidiary indictment," said Ambon District Court Chief Justice Haris Tewa accompanied by two member judges, in Ambon, Monday 19 February, confiscated by Antara.
