Ketut emphasized that the AGO was not stagnant or stopped in investigating cases that cost the state finances of Rp. 8.32 trillion.

"As long as the evidence is sufficient, then anyone will still be investigated for the development of the case," he said.

So far, the AGO has named 16 suspects. Of the 16 suspects, six were in the appeal-level trial, namely Anang Achmat Latif, Yohan Suryanto, Gelumbang Menak Simanjuntak, Mukti Ali, irwan Hermawan, and Johnny G Plate.

Next, Windy Purnama and Muhammad Yusriski Muliawan are also in the first instance of the trial.

Other suspects, namely Jemmy Sutjiawan, Elvano Hatorangan, M Ferriandi Mirza, Walbertus Natalius Wisang (suspects Article 21), Naek Parulian Washington Hutahaean or Edward Hutahaean (suspects Article 15) and Sadikin Rusli (suspects Article 15).
