JAKARTA - Deputy Chairman of the Expert Council of the Prabowo-Gibran National Campaign Team (TKN), Budiman Sudjatmiko, said that the tradition in other countries if the quick count results or quick count had been completed immediately congratulated the winner. According to Budiman, the quick count departs from scientific principles. "If you make a comparison of the presidential election in various countries, candidates who according to the survey leg have shown victory, within 1x24 hours immediately congratulate the winning candidate," explained Budiman at Istora Senayan, Jakarta, Wednesday, February 14. Budiman added that the presidential candidate Anies Baswedan, who once lived in a western country, certainly understands this tradition. "What Mr. Anies who lives in a western country can do that. Or Mr. Ganjar who lives with Javanese culture will congratulate Pak Prabowo. He doesn't have to wait for a formal statement to congratulate him. This is just a tradition," explained Budiman.
