JAKARTA - Pair of presidential and vice presidential candidates number two, Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka is the pair who has been chosen by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) prisoner. Prabowo-Gibran got 38 votes at TPS 901 KPK detention center, South Jakarta.

Based on the calculation of the voting results at the KPK Detention Center, Wednesday, February 14, Prabowo-Gibran won 38 votes. The pair Anies Baswedan and Muhaimin Iskandar received 24 votes.

Meanwhile, the pair Ganjar Pranowo and Mahfud MD only won 9 votes. The illegal votes from the TPS reached five votes.

The voters who vote at the KPK Detention Center are dominated by prisoners. One of them is Supreme Court Justice Gazalba Saleh

Regarding this voting, Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri said there were 68 prisoners in the Rasuah case who exercised their voting rights at the KPK Red and White Building Branch Detention Center and the Puspomal Detention Center which is a special TPS. "All Prisoners are given the right to elect Candidates for President and Vice President, and partly along with Candidates for Legislative Members; DPR, DPD, to DPRD based on domicile ID cards and provisions of the Regional KPU," he said in a written statement.

"KPK is committed to guaranteeing basic rights for detainees as citizens as stated in Law Number 30 of 1999 concerning Human Rights (HAM) Article 43," concluded Ali.
