KPK Seizes 7 Lands And Ford Mustang Andhi Pramono

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Investigative Team confiscated a luxury Ford Mustang GT car and seven plots of land related to the alleged money laundering case (TPPU) with the suspect, the former head of the Makassar Customs and Excise Office, South Sulawesi, Andhi Pramono.

"The Investigative Team has again confiscated assets of economic value which allegedly belonged to the suspect AP in connection with the money laundering offense case whose investigation process continues to this day," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri as reported by ANTARA, Monday, February 12.

Ali explained that the assets have economic value, namely a red Ford Mustang GT car and seven plots of land with the following details:

1. A plot of land with an area of 2231 square meters is located in Sukawingi Village, Sukamakmur District, Bogor Regency, West Java.

2. A plot of land with an area of 5363 square meters which is still located in Sukawingi Village, Sukamakmur District, Bogor Regency, West Java.

3. A plot of land and a building on it with an area of 318 square meters is located in Nagrak Village, Gunung Putri District, Bogor Regency, West Java.

4. A plot of land and a building with an area of 108 square meters is located in Nagrak Village, Gunung Putri District, Bogor Regency, West Java.

5. A plot of land and buildings above it with an area of 1015 square meters is located in Pejaten Barat Village, Pasar Minggu District, South Jakarta City.

6. A plot of land and buildings above it with an area of 415 square meters located in Cempaka Putih Village, Cempaka Putih District, Central Jakarta City.

7. A plot of land and buildings above it with an area of 98 meters is located in Cempaka Putih Village, Cempaka Putih District, Central Jakarta City.

Ali said the findings of these assets were a real step in the tracing and tracking process carried out by the Tracing Asset Team from the Directorate of Asset Tracking of Evidence and Execution Management of the KPK.

"This confiscation is in an effort to achieve asset recovery from the case handling process with initial LHKPN data (State Administrators Wealth Report) which is not in accordance with the reasonable profile as a state administrator," he said.

Andhi Pramono is currently undergoing trial at the Corruption Court (Tipikor) at the Central Jakarta District Court (PN) in a case of alleged corruption in receiving gratuities.

The KPK prosecutor charged Andhi Pramono with receiving gratuities totaling Rp58.9 billion on the indictment of Article 12B of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 in conjunction with Article 65 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.
