JAKARTA - Head of DKI Jakarta Satpol PP Arifin said 309,633 campaign props (APK) in Jakarta had been deployed since the campaign period ended until the second day of calm.
The decline in campaign attributes was carried out in five administrative cities and the Thousand Islands Regency from 11 February morning to 12 February at 12.00 WIB.
"The 309,633 APKs that we have lowered consist of 62,616 banners, 26,861 billboards, 92,831 banners, 100,941 flags, 16.340 pamphlets/Stiker sheets, and 10,044 others," Arifin told reporters, Monday, February 12.
The number of campaign attributes that were most taken down was in East Jakarta, namely 78,488 APK, then South Jakarta 75,965 APK, Central Jakarta 66,102 APK, West Jakarta 52,966 APK, North Jakarta 29,528 APK, Thousand Islands 3,018 APK, and Provincial Level 3,566 APK.
Arifin explained that the APK reduction synergized with various elements such as the mayor, sub-district head, village head, community, TNI/Polri, KPU, Bawaslu, as well as the political party representative team (parpol), the legislative candidate team (caleg), and other candidate pairs (paslon).

"Of course we will continue to reduce the APK until the calm period of the election ends on February 13, 2024," said Arifin.
