Solo Red In The Ganjar-Mahfud Campaign, Puan Maharani: Let The People Choose Leaders According To Their Hearts!

SOLO - Chairman of the PDI-P (PDIP) DPP Puan Maharani attended the last day of the campaign Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud Md which was held in Solo, Central Java. The grand campaign of pair number 3 made Solo turn red.

The Ganjar-Mahfud campaign in Solo, which was packaged at the People's Celebration event, was held in the courtyard of Vastenburg Fort, Solo, Saturday (10/2/2024). Tens of thousands of supporters of Ganjar-Mahfud and PDIP and the coalition spilled to the streets.

Some even stood on the wall of the fort. The mass of supporters of Ganjar-Mahfud also filled the Slamet Riyadi road to Solo City Hall.

The People's Celebration of supporters of Ganjar-Mahfud started in the morning. Puan also carried out a carnival with a cow cart with Ganjar and Mahfud who were accompanied by their respective families.

When the procession was carried out, the masses filled the left-right of Jalan Slamet Riyadi and welcomed Ganjar-Mahfud, Puan, and other elite supporters who also boarded the cow cart. Not only the name Ganjar-Mahfud, the crowd also shouted Puan's name. Mbak Puan, Mbak Puan, shouted that the masses were greeted by Puan Maharani's wave.

At several points near the location, many people stand on the people's stage. Supporters present dances, singing, lion dance performances, Ponorogo reog, people's wayang, and other cultural arts performances. Traditional dress women did not miss calling for support chants.

The main stage itself is filled with entertainment from a number of capital artists such as Kris Dayanti, Yuni Shara, Andre Hehanusa, Lady Rara, NDX, Vicky Prasetyo, and others. It was also seen that culturalist Butet Kartaradjasa participated in an oration with Wiji Thukul's son, Fitri Nganthi Wani who read poetry.

Puan, who wore a white shirt and a PDIP red hat, also carried out a political oration. Not only to PDIP cadres and sympathizers, he also greeted Ganjar-Mahfud supporters from other coalition parties, namely PPP, Hanura Party, Perindo, to volunteers.

Puan then asked supporters not to be afraid to face the various threats that existed ahead of the voting on February 14.

Never be afraid, never be afraid, never be confused, we win Ganjar-Mahfud on February 14th. Solid!!!solid!! solid!!! said the chairman of the DPR RI.

'Here we are not just talking about Ganjar-Mahfud, here we are talking about Indonesia's future in the future. A better and prosperous Indonesia, a trustworthy leader, a leader who always thinks about his people. Solo for whom?' continued Puan. 'Ganjar-Mahfud!! Solo Ganjar, not Gibran!' shouted the masses.

Puan also asked supporters not to worry about various movements trying to bring down Ganjar-Mahfud.

"Here we are not alone, there are many of our friends, our brothers and sisters, our families throughout Indonesia who will choose Ganjar-Mahfud," said the former Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture.

"Don't be afraid, we, together with the Indonesian people who have a conscience, want a better Indonesia, who wants leaders who prioritize the nation and state, not leaders who prioritize their families, groups, or groups," added Puan.

The former Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture also mentioned the actions of many academic community who expressed their protest because of indications of fraud in the 2024 General Election. Puan assessed that the wave of rejection movements directed at the authorities was proof that the truth would definitely win.

"We have to thank the academic community, chancellors, professors, students who together with us want to uphold the truth and the honest election, that the democratic party on February 14, the 2024 election is for the people," he explained.

Puan emphasized that the election is a party of people's democracy. Therefore, it is appropriate for the people to choose without intimidation or other forms of pressure.

"Let the people choose according to their conscience, let the people choose the leader according to their hearts, let the people choose Ganjar-Mahfud! Solo will definitely choose Ganjar-Mahfud!" said Puan.

To PDIP cadres and Ganjar-Mahfud supporters, Puan advised to keep the TPS at their respective homes on election day.

"Be careful coming to TPS-TPS, keep your voice up until the vote count is complete. Don't be intimidated, don't be afraid. If someone commits fraud, immediately video, photos and send them throughout Indonesia, there are indications of fraud," the message from the Advisory Council of TPN Ganjar-Mahfud.

"Ready, ready, ready!" replied the mass spirit.

"This is just Solo, who will win number 3. Thank God it's fixed. Solid, solid, solid," said Puan.

The crowd who attended continued to inflame the name Ganjar-Mahfud. They also continued to shout Puan's name.

'Mbak Puan Banteng Wedhok Solo! Mbak Puan Srikandi," shouted some of the masses.

Hearing screams from the masses, Puan seemed to be smiling. He answered the screams of the masses.

"Ora Puan, no wonder! Vote for Puan and number 3," he said.

After the speech, Puan then picked up PDIP Chairman Megawati Soekarnoputri who participated in the grand campaign in Solo today. To the public, Megawati advised not to be influenced by the temptation given through social assistance.

Don't bother choosing people. Only given social assistance, it continues to sag. It's just sugar. Where did the money for the president come from?" said Megawati, who was doing the speech accompanied by Puan.

'From the country! This election is just a process to find the right leader. Who is it?' continued the 5th President of the Republic of Indonesia.

"Ganjar-Mahfud," shouted the crowd in response to Megawati.

Before the speeches of the figures were held, the grand campaign event began with prayers and salawat led by Mahfud Md. Ganjar and Mahfud appeared to be wearing regional clothes with the words 'Sat Set' and 'Tas Tes'.

Meanwhile, Ganjar, who commented after Megawati expressed his appreciation to the supporters in Solo. He stated that the Ganjar-Mahfud campaigns in various other regions had also broken out.

"Today in Solo Raya, we want to show that the people, that we have strength with our conscience, to determine our position on February 14," explained Ganjar.

"Solo has his own way, Solo has his own style, Central Java has his own strength. Solo style is a cultured and artistic style, it always touches our minds and tastes," added the former Central Java Governor.

Apart from Megawati, Ganjar-Mahfud's grand campaign in Solo was also attended by the leaders and elites of other coalition parties, namely Ketum Hanura Oesman Sapta Odang (OSO), Ketum Perindo Hary Tanoesoedibjo, and PPP represented by the Chairman of Bappilu, Sandiaga Uno.

In addition, Puan Maharani, various PDIP political elites, including Pramono Anung and FX Rudy, were also seen present. There are also a number of figures from TPN Ganjar-Mahfud who participated in this campaign, such as Yenny Wahid and Andika Perkasa.
