12 Times Tamara Tyasmara's Lover Drowned Dante In A Swimming Pool

JAKARTA - The police revealed that the suspect YA buried the victim's head Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo or Dante (6), the son of artist Tamara Tyasmara 12 times in the Palem swimming pool, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta.

"As for the recording, it contains a scene of approximately 12 times where the victim was buried in the head, while for later details we will convey it further," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Friday, February 9.

Wira explained that the CCTV footage had a duration of approximately 2 hours and 1 minute.

"Wherein the recording reveals a series of activities of the victim so that from the summary, investigators conclude that there is sufficient evidence for the suspect and an attempt has finally been made to arrest him," he said.

Furthermore, Wira added that the details of the disclosure of the forensic results from CCTV and the results of the exhumation would be submitted further.

"Maybe next week we will include a team from a digital analysis from the puslabfor, including a team from forensic medicine. So that later we will conduct a complete exposure," he said.

Polda Metro Jaya arrested the lover of artist Tamara Tyasmara, YA as a suspect in the case of the death of Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo or Dante (6).

"Investigators have arrested YA's brother regarding the death of Tamara Tyasmara's sister," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Ade Ary Syam Indradi in a written statement in Jakarta, Friday.

Dante is thought to have died from drowning in the Palem swimming pool, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta, on Saturday (27/1).

Ade explained that the arrest of the suspect YA was carried out at his residence, Pondok Kelapa area.

"Furthermore, the suspect was taken to the Jatanras Sub-Directorate of the Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya, for examination," he said.

"The suspect YA was charged with Article 76C in conjunction with Article 80 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection and or Article 340 of the Criminal Code and or Article 338 of the Criminal Code and or Article 359 of the Criminal Code," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Ade Ary Syam Indradi when met in Jakarta, Friday.

Ade Ary explained that the suspect was charged with the article after the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation of the Metro Jaya Police conducted a case title on Thursday (8/2).

"Based on sufficient evidence and the results of the case title, the basis for the arrest of YA's brother is because he is suspected or suspected of committing a criminal act of violence against a child, the article on premeditated murder, and the article for neglecting to cause people to die," he said.
