Tamara Tyasmara's Lover, Suspect Of Dante's Death, Was Charged With Layered Articles

Polda Metro Jaya menjerat dengan pasal berlapis terhadap tersangka berinisial YA dalam kasus kematian Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo atau Dante (6) anak artis Tamara Tyasmara.

"The suspect YA was charged with Article 76C in conjunction with Article 80 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection and or Article 340 of the Criminal Code and or Article 338 of the Criminal Code and or Article 359 of the Criminal Code," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi as reported by ANTARA, Friday, February 9.

Ade Ary explained that the suspect was charged with the article after the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation of the Metro Jaya Police conducted a case title on Thursday (8/2).

"Based on sufficient evidence and the results of the case title, the basis for the arrest of YA's brother is because he is suspected or suspected of committing a criminal act of violence against a child, the article on premeditated murder, and the article for neglecting to cause people to die," he said.

The suspect is threatened with the death penalty or life imprisonment or for a certain period of time, a maximum of twenty years.

Then, the motive for the murder is being investigated by the investigators after the process of examining the suspect's health. "The motive is being investigated because after the process of examining the suspect's health, there will be an in-depth investigation of the motive," he said.

The suspect YA was arrested at his home on Kelapa Kopyor Street 7 Block A6/5 RT. 12/07, Pondok Kelapa Village, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta.

"This morning at around 09.00 WIB, Friday, February 9, investigators from the Jatanras Sub-Directorate have arrested YA's brother, the person concerned was arrested sleeping," he said.

The former South Jakarta Metro Police Chief said the suspect was also cooperative when investigators detained him.

Previously, Polda Metro Jaya arrested the lover of artist Tamara Tyasmara, YA, as a suspect in the case of the death of Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo or Dante (6).

"Investigators have arrested YA's brother regarding the death of Tamara Tyasmara's sister," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Ade Ary Syam Indradi in a written statement in Jakarta, Friday.

Dante is thought to have died from drowning in the Palem swimming pool, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta, on Saturday (27/1).

Ade explained that the arrest of the suspect YA was carried out at his residence, Pondok Kelapa area.

"Furthermore, the suspect was taken to the Jatanras Sub-Directorate of the Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya, for examination," he said.
