Khofifah Indar: Mothers Must Support Prabowo-Gibran

JAKARTA - The Steering Committee as well as the National Campaign Officer (Jurkamnas) of TKN Prabowo-Gibran Khofifah Indar Parawansa ensured that all housewives or "emak-emaks" support the Prabowo-Gibran pair.

"Hopefully Mas Gibran will be entrusted with Pak Prabowo. They (emak-emak) gave a sincere prayer to Panjenengan (Gibran)," Khofifah told vice presidential candidate number 2 Gibran Rakabuming Raka while attending the Isra Mikraj Celebration which took the theme "Moving with Prabowo-Gibran Towards an Golden Indonesia", at the UMS EduTORy Building, Solo, Thursday, February 8.

According to the Governor of East Java, the program launched by Prabowo-Gibran is close to housewives. One of them is the prevention of tengkes or stunting since the mother gave birth by providing milk and nutritious food.

In addition, Khofifah, who will end her position as Governor of East Java on February 13, also explained another program that is of interest to the public, namely the digitization of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

He hopes that the support of this housewife can take Prabowo-Gibran to the seat of number one and number two in Indonesia.

"Hopefully Isra Mikraj will strengthen his patience, both of them face tests. Hopefully, he will be elected President and Vice President," said Khofifah.

Based on data from the Indonesian KPU, the final voter list (DPT) in the 2024 General Election was 204,807,222 voters.

Previously, the General Election Commission (KPU) of the Republic of Indonesia had determined the 2024 Presidential and Vice Presidential Elections (Pilpres) participants, namely the Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar pair number 1, Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka number 2, and Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud Md. serial number 3.

The KPU has also set a campaign period from November 28, 2023 to February 10, 2024, a period of calm on February 11'13, and the D-Day of the vote on February 14, 2024.
