9 Tangerang Residents Victims Of Bocor Amoniak Gas At The Ice Batu Factory Are Still Being Treated At The Hospital

TANGERANG - A total of 9 residents of Koang Jaya, Karawaci, Tangerang City are still undergoing medical treatment after the emergency gas leak at the ice cube factory that occurred on Tuesday, February 6, at around 03.20 WIB.

Head of Karawaci Sub-district, Mahdiar, said that 9 residents were still being treated at different hospitals.

"Sari Asih Hospital in Karawaci 6 people, Hermina Hospital in Tangerang 2 people, and Arrahmah Hospital 1 person," Mahdiar said in a short message, Wednesday, February 7.

Mahdiar said that of the 9 residents who are still being treated, the average elderly (elderly) are still being treated. Those who are treated because of difficulty breathing and inflammation.

"It's hard to breathe and inflammation," he said.

He hopes that 9 of his residents can return to health. So that they can be as before.

"Hopefully everyone will return home today," he said.

Regarding preventive measures, said Mahdiar, the factory had summoned for clarification on the incident. However, for technical prevention, he asked for an explanation from the police.

"We have called (the factory). The evaluation process was carried out by friends from the technical department and colleagues from the police," he concluded.
