MALUKU - The Maluku High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) handed over the case files of two suspects suspected of corruption in the Langgur Market development budget at the Southeast Maluku Regency Industry Office in 2015-2018 to the Ambon Corruption Court.

"For the defendants DF and RT whose cases were transferred today, the public prosecutor charged with subsidity charges, namely the primary indictment violating Article 2 paragraph (1) Juncto Article 18 of the Juncto Corruption Law Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code, subsidies violating Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 of the Corruption Law Juncto Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code," explained Aizit.
