The police arrested a man with the initials DBA (25), a resident of East Semarang, Semarang City, a breast thief who targeted a school student who acted in a number of locations in the capital city of Central Java.

Deputy Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Semarang Polrestabes Kompol Aris Munandar said the suspect was reported on two police reports in two different locations.

"However, from the information of the perpetrators, the total action was in seven locations," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, February 5.

According to him, the perpetrator was arrested by the community after acting around a vocational school on Jalan Dr. Cipto, Semarang City.

After the action of the perpetrators who spread through social media, he continued, there was one other victim who joined the report with the TKP around Jalan Barito, Semarang City.

From his statement, continued Aris, the perpetrators deliberately targeted school students.

According to him, all of the perpetrators' actions were carried out in the Semarang City area from 2023 to 2024.

For his actions, the suspect was charged with Article 289 of the Criminal Code regarding obscene acts and Article 281 of the Criminal Code concerning acts of decency.
