The AMIN National Team Welcomes Campus Support For Honest Elections For Change

JAKARTA - The Anies-Muhaimin National Winning Team (Timnas AMIN) welcomes calls from a number of campuses in Indonesia that want the 2024 General Election to run honestly and fairly. The Co-Coach and Deputy Witness of the AMIN National Team, Tamsil Linrung, stated that the calls from the campuses were a sign of change that would occur.

Tamsil considers the calls from academics and professors, including from leading universities such as Gadjah Mada University, University of Indonesia, and Hasanuddin University, as an extraordinary impetus. He sees the active participation of student elements as a step towards changes that are getting closer to reality.

"My brothers, these are natural signs that this change will indeed occur," said Tamsil during the Anies-Muhaimin Witness Consolidation activity in Jakarta, Sunday, February 4.

Responding to 10 days before voting, Tamsil invited the Anies-Muhaimin pair to stay focused, monitor, and witness the voting process at the polling station after voting. He also expressed his belief that electoral support for the Anies-Muhaimin pair would continue to increase.

"The changes are getting closer to reality, in 10 days this is certainly a very short time, the more we come here we continue to be encouraged by the atmosphere that is happening around us," he said.

"For the next 10 days, we will focus on what we need to do, but we encourage the Anies-Muhaimin electoral to continue to climb," he said.

The 2024 Presidential and Vice Presidential Elections (Pilpres) will involve three pairs of candidates, namely Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar number 1, Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka number 2, and Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud Md. serial number 3. The election campaign will take place from November 28, 2023 to February 10, 2024, and the vote will be held on February 14, 2024.
