Chairman of the Indonesian Solidarity Party Kaesang Pangarep believes his party can win many votes in West Java and East Java following the continued increasing popularity of his party.

"Very well, very well," said Kaesang after PSI's Grand Campaign in Cirebon Regency, reported by ANTARA, Thursday, February 1.

Kaesang underwent PSI's Grand Campaign titled Mawar Against in Malang City, East Java and Cirebon Regency, West Java. The two regions are the highest number of polling bags that can contribute greatly to the national vote acquisition in the 2024 General Election.

Kaesang said that he continues to try to increase the party's popularity until now it has become known to the public.

"We also always fight to increase the level of popularity of PSI itself. Now people have started to know what PSI is a party," said Kaesang.

Based on the latest survey of Analytica Research Data, PSI received a vote of up to 4.3 percent. The percentage has exceeded the 4 percent parliamentary threshold requirement which allows the party that positions itself as a youth party to enter the DPR.

PSI's electability began to climb slowly since Kaesang was the General Chair.

While undergoing PSI's Grand Campaign in Kupang NTT on Wednesday (31/1), Kaesang said PSI had occupied the third highest electability position in NTT.

Even Kaesang believes PSI can surprise the 2024 General Election by winning votes of up to 6 percent.
