Kaesang: PSI 100 Percent Ready To Face February 14th Election

NORTH TORAJA - Chairman of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) Kaesang Pangarep said his party was ready to face the 2024 Simultaneous Elections whose voting was on February 14.

"We are 100 percent ready to face February 14, 2024," said Kaesang on the sidelines of PSI's Grand Campaign at GOR Rantepao, North Toraja Regency, South Sulawesi, as reported by ANTARA, Monday, January 29.

Kaesang is also committed to mobilizing PSI's "political engine" to win presidential and vice presidential candidate pair number 2 Prabowo Subianto-GibranRakabuming Raka in the 2024 presidential election.

In addition, according to him, the "political engine" was used to win PSI in order to pass the parliamentary threshold of 4 percent.

"Hopefully, we can have one faction here. Later for the DPR RI, there will be those who can escape from here too," added the youngest son of President Joko Widodo.

Kaesang admitted that he was fascinated by the natural beauty of Toraja. On the sidelines of PSI's grand campaign in the area, Kaesang and his wife, Erina Gudono, took the time to stop at Kete Kesu, a tourist village in the Tana Toraja area.

"Toraja is very good. That's why I want to go to Kete Kesu, take a vacation for a while. Let's go there," he said.

Kaesang Pangarep today attended two of PSI's grand campaign agendas in South Sulawesi, namely North Toraja Regency and Makassar City.

The two PSI grand campaigns are a series of PSI grand campaigns in three provinces, namely the Special Region of Yogyakarta, Central Java, and South Sulawesi, for three days on 27-29 January 2024.
