KULON PROGO - Advisory Board of the Ganjar-Mahfud National Winning Team, Yenny Wahid, invites the people of the Special Region of Yogyakarta to win the presidential and vice presidential candidate pair Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud Md in the February 14, 2024 elections. Meanwhile Mahfud is also considered a figure that Indonesia really needs in the future. Because he continues to strive to eradicate corruption. "We are not only fighting for their victory, but also for the common interest," Yenny said in a PDIP National Campaign oration in Wates Square, Kulon Progo, Antara, Sunday, January 28. He also invited the public to choose the presidential and vice presidential candidate pair according to their conscience. "Don't want to choose one of the candidate pairs just because they are given social assistance (bansos)," he said. Yenny said that there were other candidate pairs who gave social assistance but were accompanied by the obligation to choose the candidate pair. He considered the effort to be a form of bribery and a violation of the law. He also hopes that the community will consider the social assistance given as alms. Because thus the community is not burdened with the obligation to win one of the pairs of candidates. "If it becomes alms, we are not obliged to choose according to the direction of the candidate pair," said Yenny. Tens of thousands of sympathizers arrived since 11.00 WIB.
