Call Young Age Can Be A Leader, Prabowo: Emil Dardak Able

Prabowo Subianto gave a speech to Suara Muda Indonesia to Prabowo-Gibran at JCC Senayan (Abdul Aziz Masindo/VOI).

JAKARTA - Presidential candidate number 2, Prabowo Subianto, mentioned that young people can become leaders.

Prabowo Subianto in his speech at the Indonesian Young Voice for Prabowo-Gibran mentioned the name Emil Dardak, who was still young, but was able to become a leader as Deputy Governor of East Java.

"Brother Emil Dardak Deputy Governor, this is when he was the first Deputy Governor at 34 years old, can he afford this?" Prabowo said in his speech at JCC Senayan, Central Jakarta, Saturday, January 27, 2024.

Prabowo said young political figures had extraordinary strength and thoughts. He also took the principle from the army.

"Young people are extraordinary. When in the army there is a principle. The principle is that fighting is won by young people. Since then and what I have learned in history, the greatest achievements were carried out when I was young," said Prabowo.

Apart from Emil Dardak, the campaign was also attended by two Ministers of the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet, namely Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir, Minister of Investment Bahlil Lahadalia, and several political figures and TKN Prabowo-Gibran.

A number of political figures include the Chairman of the PAN DPP Bima Arya, the Secretary General of PAN Eddy Soeparno, former PSI politician Tsamara Amany, and former PDIP politician Maruarar Sirait.

The Indonesian Young Voice event for Prabowo-Gibran is a campaign of presidential-vice presidential candidate pair number 2 by inviting a number of Prabowo-Gibran volunteers and the younger generation who are also filled with Job Fair activities and Dewa 19 band concerts.
