Anies Promises Food Administration Reform To Cheap Fertilizers The Price

BANDA ACEH - Presidential candidate number 01 Anies Baswedan said that food trade reform is a priority for the Anies-Muhaimin (AMIN) pair if elected in the 2024 presidential election, in realizing a just and prosperous Indonesia for all.

"The first hundred days (of work) are a priority for the reform of our food needs trade system, and the agro-martimist policy is one unit," said Anies after attending a grand campaign in the courtyard of H Dimurthala Stadium in Banda Aceh as reported by ANTARA, Saturday, January 27.

He explained that food self-sufficiency must be carried out throughout Indonesia. Currently, said Anies, he still finds fishermen, farmers, farmers, farmers, farmers who experience a large burden on production costs.

"Farmers have difficulty with fertilizer, then the price of fertilizer is also expensive. Farmers have difficulty feed livestock, then the price of animal feed is also expensive. Likewise with fishermen who experience problems with diesel fuel oil (BBM) and various permits," said Anies.

"So they can't go to sea as they used to be able to go to sea. We will make changes," said Anieslagi.

Anies said the agro-martimist policy was one unit, meaning that all food, both food from the mainland and from waters such as rivers, seas, and lakes.

"So that we can ensure the fullness of food needs. So it's not just one commodity self-sufficiency, but we want self-sufficiency in all commodities in Indonesia, which are staple food," he said.

While campaigning in Aceh, Anies called for a spirit of change. He believes the people of Aceh will be consistent with changes, just like in the 2014 and 2019 presidential elections which stand tall and solid with the changing parties.

"Therefore, I believe that in 2024 I will choose change as well. Indeed, the name can be different, but the Acehnese are not different, they still choose change. So we believe that what Acehnese people choose is the spirit of change," he said.
