2 Residents Hacked By A Group Of Youths To The Hospital, Banda Aceh Police Name 6 Suspects

BANDA ACEH - Satreskrim Polresta Banda Aceh has named six suspects in the case of severe abuse (piracy) against two residents. Three of the perpetrators are minors. "Six perpetrators of violence have been named as suspects in the persecution case consisting of three adult men and three minors," said Banda Aceh Police Satreskrim Kompol Fadillah Aditya Pratama in Banda Aceh, Antara Wednesday, January 25. Previously, two residents in Banda Aceh M Zulmi and Fakhrus Walidan were hacked by teenagers who wanted to fight using sharp weapons that occurred at Benk Kupi Banda Aceh, last Sunday morning. As a result, the two victims had to undergo treatment at the hospital. The six suspects are DAL (24) a resident of Gue Gajah, Aceh Besar, MAD (19) a resident of Lambheu Aceh Besar and FIR (18) a resident of Punge Jurong, Banda Aceh. Then, three other suspects who are still minors, namely YF alias Aseng (15), MAB (17) and MIS (17) also came from Aceh Besar District. Fadillah said that this case began when the perpetrators wanted to do a brawl between Jalan Teuku Nyak Arif, precisely in front of the Aceh Regional Library (Puswil), Banda Aceh. This commotion was triggered by a futsal match about a month ago between the two groups, and won by a group called “gerimis ”. But the opponent did not accept defeat with an agreement that the losers had to pay the rent of the field. However, the agreement was not agreed upon by the losing group. Then forced the force so that one of the members of the drizzling group was beaten by the opposing party. "The commotion continued on Sunday, January 20 in the morning which resulted in a wrong target, so that two residents became victims," he said. From this incident, the police secured evidence in the form of four machetes, two sickles, one saw and four wood.

"They are charged with Article 170 paragraph (2) of the 1st Criminal Code in conjunction with Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System with a threat of seven years in prison," said Kompol Fadillah.
