TNI-Polri Restore Security Situation In Sugapa Intan Jaya Post-KKB Information

JAYAPURA - Intan Jaya Police Chief AKBP Afrizal Asri said the security forces were trying to restore security and security in the Sugapa area and its surroundings from KKB disturbances.

This effort was made so that community activities returned to normal, including flights.

"The TNI-Polri on duty in Sugapa, Intan Jaya Regency, Central Papua continue to try to provide a sense of security by restoring security and security," said Intan Jaya Police Chief AKBP Afrizal Asri as quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, January 24.

His party has held a coordination meeting regarding security and control of the security situation in Sugapa. The coordination meeting was held to accelerate the recovery of security in Sugapa so that it returns to conducive.

Currently, the situation is relatively safe and vulnerable but under control and community activities have not returned to normal.

"Hopefully on Thursday (25/1) the community can return to their normal activities," continued Afrizal.

Previously, the attack accompanied by shootings was carried out by KKB since Friday (19/1) from all directions.

In addition to attacking the TNI-Polri post, KKB also set fire to residents' houses.

"Currently we are still investigating by looking for data and information from witnesses in the field," said AKBP Afrizal.
