Polda Metro Jaya Ready To Face Siskaeee's Pretrial: Lawsuit Material Has Been Prepared

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya stated that they would attend the pretrial hearing proposed by Fransiska Candra Novita Sari alias Siskaeee, next week.

The inaugural trial was scheduled for January 22. However, it was postponed because the defendant, namely the Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector General Karyoto, was not present.

"In principle, we are ready to face a pretrial hearing on Monday next week," said the Head of Legal Affairs of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Leonardus Simarmata to VOI, Wednesday, January 24.

Regarding the absence of Polda Metro Jaya at the previous trial, the reason was said to be due to a matter of time. This is because the class of the call was only received two days before the trial.

"Polda Metro Jaya received a summons for the pretrial hearing of the Siskae petitioner from the South Jakarta District Court on Saturday and Monday morning the trial has started,"

Again, regarding readiness, the Metro Police Legal Division team is said to have prepared the material to be presented in the trial. In essence, the determination of the suspect against Siskaeee is in accordance with the rules.

"The advocate team from Bidkum Polda Metro Jaya has prepared the material for the pretrial lawsuit in the a quo case," said Leonardus.

Meanwhile, Siskaeee filed a pretrial lawsuit against his determination as a suspect in the case of a porn film production house to the South Jakarta District Court. In the lawsuit, the defendant's party, namely the Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector General Karyoto.

Based on the Case Tracking Information System or SIPP of the South Jakarta District Court, Siskaeee's lawsuit is registered with number 7/Pid.Pra/2024/PN JKT.SEL which was filed on Monday, January 15.

The inaugural trial was held on January 22. However, the sole judge who tried the case decided to postpone it until January 29. The reason is that the respondent was not present.
