"The two tigers entered the red chili field belonging to the residents of Lubuk Bangko Village, Selagan Raya District. At around 19.30 WIB Monday, February 22, yesterday, the spokesman and Kangoro were staying overnight at the chilli garden in the Narangko rice fields before the Lubuk Bangko Village dam.

Then Narangko was under the hut and saw two tigers consisting of one adult tiger and one still cub.

At first Narangko saw his cub and thought it was a jungle cat and when he looked closely he saw a large tiger with a length of approximately 1.5 meters.

After knowing that it was a tiger, Narangko ran into the hut and contacted the family and residents in his village, then half an hour after that a group of 100 people came to pick up this person.

"The resident is in a safe and healthy condition along with the group of residents who picked him up. There were no casualties, "he said.

Furthermore, steps were taken to contact TNKS to invite BKSDA to check the scene of the incident, give an appeal to the village head so that residents do not kill tigers and convey an appeal to the community and community members not to come near the location.
