"The defendant Raymond Enovan was sentenced to 4 years and 6 months in prison and a fine of Rp. 1 billion, subsidiary to 3 months in prison," explained the judge.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Malang Public Prosecutor's Team (JPU) Yuniarti S. Yudha said the judge's decision was in accordance with what the prosecutor wanted.

"The panel of judges agrees with us and the decision is in accordance with our demands. For further legal steps, we are thinking about it, the same as the defendant and the legal advisor who also stated the same thing," said Yuniarti.
